  3. OPENING THE WRONG DELIVERED ORDER WITHOUT OUR  Consent or Permission will Automaticaly VOID everything in on your ordered item. and will be a NO RETURN & NO REFUND Policy.



Refunds and Returns

Our refund and returns policy only lasts for 30 days after the date which we processed your order it is already subject to our 30% Restocking Fee starting from the receipt date, After 7 days since the delivery we will only accept returns of froduct  if it is and only if The Product is Malfunctioning or Not Working that we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. however we can partially refund the payment based on the currenr item status, and inspection after we received the product returned, if the product doesn’t meet the resellable condition it should be. then of partial refund we can only refund if item returned has any of the following :

  • missing parts, damaged
  • not in original packaging ,
  • Re-sellable condition. 
  • Incomplete, Damaged, Manuals and Documents
To be eligible for a full return and refund your item must be :
  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • must also be in the Original box or Packaging.
  • No Dents or Visible Marks
  • Complete Manuals, Documents (No Dirts,Stains and visible marks

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Non-resellable condition or state


Returned product will have to pass our inspection and our vendors that can take up to 21 days , Refund is initiated once All procedures are done .

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.or using any carrier on your own we might now recieve the return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund,If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Amount to be Refunded

  • Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on a customer’s statement. Stripe’s fees (2.9%) of the Paid Amount for the original payment won’t be returned, but there are no additional fees for the refund. 
  • There are no fees to refund a payment, but Stripe’s fees on the original payment will not be returned in case of a refund.

These networks set rules about which fees apply for refunded payments, and in many cases banks and card networks keep the entire upfront cost of a refunded transaction. For some regions and payment types, refunded payments also incur additional fees

  • We aim to make our pricing simple and transparent, and our standard fees include access to a variety of features like fraud protection, reporting, and other tools for managing your payments. To address these underlying payment processing costs and continue providing these services as part of our standard pricing,

  • Stripe Transaction Fees are not refundale our fees when a payment is refunded.

Late or missing refunds


  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Usually it takes upto 10 days for the statement to appear your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
  • Stripe Fee is not Refundale.

Shipping returns

  • To return your product you can request within your account or talk with us via chat.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.


  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
